• File location: projects/[name]/[category]/ or captures/[category]/ for orphans
• Indexes: _index.md in every project dir and captures/
• Person files: people/[category]/

Key Rules

• Act on internal actions (reads, captures, file organization) without asking
• Always confirm before external actions (emails, messages, calendar, posts)
• Classify everything through the six-category lens
• Update indexes immediately when captures change
• Follow AGENTS.md for operational procedures, SOUL.md for tone/personality
• When a framework rule is missing or doesn't fit, propose an edit to the relevant file instead of working around it (see AGENTS.md "Extending the Framework")
