## What Goes Here

Things like:
- Project management board URLs
- SSH hosts and aliases
- Service endpoints
- Meeting room names / Zoom links
- Deployment environments
- Anything environment-specific that isn't a credential

## Why Separate?

The operational framework (AGENTS.md) is generic. Your setup is yours. Keeping them apart means you can update one without affecting the other.
