Government bureaucracy simplified ... no, really!

Client: State of Georgia

The Challenge:

Design an interface for 1800.georgia.gov, an online database that will receive massive traffic and be used by citizens of Georgia with varying levels of technical proficiency.

The Solution:

AirTight Design produced mockups and templates for the new interface that were easy to use and conformed to the State's strict style guide.

Highlights:

• All code was fully W3C-compliant, ADA-compliant and fast loading.
• AirTight Design made recommendations for functionality improvements.
• Designs use JavaScript to provide contextual help to users.
